Thank you to all Year 11 parents and students who attended our workshop this week, in which we discussed the main differences between the IB Diploma Programme and the A-Level Programme. Parents are encouraged to approach us and arrange appointments should they wish to discuss this further.

U13 BSME Games
Last weekend, our U13 athletes travelled to Abu Dhabi for the BSME Games.
Day 1 provided a very strong start for the team with our girls’ football team going unbeaten and securing 1st place. Our boys’ volleyball team also had a successful day by winning all their group stage games and getting into the semi-final. They narrowly missed out on the final and came 4th overall.
On day 2, our boys’ football team got off to a strong start by winning their opening game, before losing the 2/3rd play-off on penalties. The girls' netball team had a very tough group stage with two of the teams in their group making it to the finals.
The last day was athletics, and we had some great success, especially in the field events, with some of our girls winning medals in their field events and one of our boys coming second in the 200m sprint. This placed us 5th overall out of 16 schools, another successful tournament! Photos

BISC recognises the importance of technology in our students' lives and advocates for a positive approach to online safety. We encourage embracing new technologies with discernment, respect, and critical thinking, instilling the values of responsible creativity within the digital realm. As we celebrate the wonders of technology, BISC remains steadfast in ensuring the safety and wellbeing of our students in both the virtual and physical worlds. More photos here.
